A tasty and nutritious breakfast can be prepared in just 10 minutes. Fillings may be prepared the night before, and served the next morning. This recipe is one of the kids’ favourite.
30g Vplus 18 Grains, 1 loaf of Baguette, 2 slices ham (diced), 1 slice Hericium erinaceus (cut into pieces), ½ tomato (cubed), ½ tbsp curry powder, 1 egg, 80g low-fat butter, some olive oil, cheese slices, diced onion, diced garlic, salt, pepper powder, basil flakes, chopped spring onion
- Combine Vplus 18 Grains, egg, salt, pepper and small amount of olive oil.
- Melt butter in pot, and stir fry the garlic and hericium, followed by onion and ham. Continue stir fry with tomato, curry powder, salt and pepper. Lastly add in Method 1 and stir fry till cook.
- Spread fillings on bread, top with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 160°C oven.
- Serve with some chopped onion.
