30g Vplus 18 Grains, 300g fresh prawn, 20 pcs curry leaves, 2 chilies, 2 eggs, 1 salted egg yolk, 4 tbsp butter, adequate honey, some cheese, lemon juice, diced garlic, salt, pepper, basil flakes
- Pan fry the prawn with 1 tbsp of butter and garlic until half cooked. Set aside.
- Combine eggs, 1 tbsp of butter, salt, salted egg yolk, pepper, basil flakes, cheese, lemon juice, Vplus 18 Grains and honey in a bowl.
- Saute the curry leaves and chilies with butter until aromatic, and quick fry with the mixture of the eggs.
- Stir in prawn and ready to serve.
