15g Vplus 18 Grains, 3 eggs, 150ml water, 1 tsp sesame oil, some salt, pepper, chopped spring onion, fried spring onion, chilies (juliennes), basil flakes, dried mushroom (diced)
- Blend egg, Vplus 18 Grains and 150ml water. Ratio of eggs to Vplus 18 Grains is 1: 1 to 1:1.5.
- Continue blend by adding sesame oil, salt and pepper.
- Sieve the egg mixture and add in mushroom and chopped spring onion. Then cover with cling wrap.
- Steam for 8 to 10 minutes; lift up the pot cover once or twice to release some heat when steaming.
- Remove from heat and top with fried onion, chopped spring onion, chili, pepper, sesame oil and basil flakes. Serve hot.
