DELIVERY SERVICE

GoodMorning Global has appointed Nationwide Express Courier Services Bhd and Speedbox as logistic partner to provide better experience to customer.

AREA COVERED

The delivery currently is able to cover entire Malaysia (for more information please contact our customer service hotline 013-911-1818 09:00 am to 06:00 pm, from Monday to Friday).

PAYMENT STANDARD

The Shipping fee will be charged RM7 for Peninsular Malaysia. For Sabah and Sarawak will charged according to combination of weight and distance, and the system will display the additional amount during checkout.

*Note* Free shipping will applied if promotion include free shipping. Currently the promotion is Free shipping when purchase above RM100 (only for Peninsular Malaysia)

DELIVERY TIME

Under normal condition, the goods will reach within 3~5 working days for Peninsula Malaysia after payment is made.

And the goods will reach within 6~10 working days for Sarawak and Sabah Malaysia after payment is made.

*Note* Working days is followed according to Selangor Calendar, excluding the local public holiday and not including the payment date.

TRACKING SYSTEM

When receiving delivery number from our system, you can go to their official website to check status on “track shipment” at http://www.nationwide2u.com/v2/care_track.cfm
