- Good Morning VGrains 18 Grains – 60g or 8 tsp
- Butter – 70g
- Icing sugar – 30g
- Salt – 3g
- Flour – 280g
- Baking powder – 20g
- Egg – 20g
- Cream – 60g
- Milk – 50g
- Grated cheddar cheese – 100g
- Spring onion – 50g
- Rub in method.
- Add all dry ingredients, follow by liquid ingredients.
- Mix well then refrigerated for 30 mins.
- Cut and then brush with egg-wash.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake the scones in over at 180°C for 15-20mins.
