40g Vplus 18 Grains, 2 potatoes, 2 clove garlic, 8 button fresh mushroom, few stalks of asparagus (cooked), 600ml hot water
Some cheese, salt, pepper, basil flakes, sesame oil
- Blend mushroom into puree.
- Continue to blend into puree by adding steamed potatoes and garlic, Vplus 18 Grains, all other seasonings and hot water.
- Pour the soup in a bowl and serve with some Vplus 18 Grains and asparagus.
