DATO’ DR. LIM SIN BOON FULFILLS HIS CSR IN TWO CATEGORIES: EDUCATION AND CHARITY.
Education: He Lays emphasis on the education of kids. He takes pride in providing help in the followings:
Learning Equipment: He is the sponsor of the Smart Learning System of his mother school, SJK © Pa Yai.
Learning Activities: He is the main sponsor of the activities such as chess competitions.
Health Education: From 2012 till now, he has been sponsoring free grains drinks to more than 500,000 primary students, raising awareness of “Eating right food since young”. He wants to create a healthy nation by educating the right eating habit.
Charity: He has a heart for less privilege groups of people. He is the regular donor of the following charity groups.
1. St John Ambulans Malaysia: To help to lessen the burden of the diabetics patients who need to undergo dialysis treatment, he donated a dialysis machine in Sibu. To help to create recurring income for St John which can really contribute to the society, he donated 4 ambulances, consecutively in the year of 2010, 2013 and 2015.
2. Kiwanis To help to provide a better environment for the under privilege kids such as kids having down syndrome, learning disabilities, physical-challenged and autism, he contributed his financial and leadership support to renovate for a better learning centre.
