I have been having an issue with high cholesterol ever since I started working full time. When I was first introduced to the GoodMorning 18 Grains health drink approximately 8 months ago, I started taking it as a breakfast meal replacement, and would mix 6 scoops of GoodMorning VGrains and GoodMorning VGold with water. This keeps me full and satisfied, and I no longer need to snack between meals to fend off my hunger pangs.
Sometimes when I get hungry at night, I would mix 3 scoops of the GoodMorning VGold or VGrains drink, instead of indulging on an unhealthy supper. After a few months of consuming this drink, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my cholesterol levels have dropped! This was done without any intake of supplements or medicines, but I did make a conscious effort to improve my eating habits by cutting down intake of oily foods, processed foods and red meat, as well as increasing my intake of fruits and vegetables, on top of drinking GoodMorning drinks.
