30g Vplus 18 Grains, 8 pcs chicken wings, 1 tbsp Toona sinensis sauce, 1 tbsp curry powder, adequate lemon juice, 1 egg, 1 tbsp honey, some pepper, salt, basil flakes
Adequate Vplus 18 Grains, low-fat yogurt
- Wash and clean chicken wings.
- Combine egg, Vplus 18 Grains and all other ingredients.
- Marinate chicken wings with the sauce, wrap up with aluminum foil and place in fridge for 2-3 hours. Bake the marinated chicken wings for 30 minutes in preheated 160°C oven.
- Serve with low-fat yogurt and Vplus 18 Grains as sauce.
