BEEF & STRAWBERRY VHALIA SPAGHETTI
1/2 pack Spaghetti (boiled until la dante [almost cooked] with a little bit of oil & salt)
1 whole of Holland Onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 big Red & Green Pepper
4-6 of Strawberries
A handful of Tomato Cherries
2 pieces of “Daging Batang Pinang” (sliced)
3-4 tablespoons Corn Oil (or Olive Oil)
1 tablespoon of butter
A little bit of salt, sugar & black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of GoodMorning VHalia
How to cook:
Finely chop onions, strawberries, green peppers, red pepper and tomatoes.
Heat oil & butter. Saute the minced ingredients until it smells.
Put the meat in. Stir until cooked.
Put in the spaghetti. Stir well.
Put a little bit of salt, sugar, black pepper & VHalia.
Stir well until cooked. Turn of the stove, add cherry tomatoes. It’s ready!
* You can add Capsicum or Parmesan Cheese for more taste 😉
