1 red chili, cut into slices
2 tomatoes, cut into small cubes pieces
1 green onion, slice into pieces
2 cups water
2 tbsp oil
200g beef, sliced
3 tbsp VHalia
3 tbsp oyster sauces
2 pieces garlic, diced
1 onion, sliced
1 tbsp thick soy sauce
1 tbsp black pepper
- Mix all ingredients B and marinate for about 30 minutes. Heat the oil and stir-fry with noodles for a while. Remove the noodles and place in a suitable container, set aside.
- Heat the oil in the pan, add material B, stir well and cook the beef until tender, add water and cook until tender gravy. Add peppers and tomatoes and mix well.
- Taste it, if it tastes ok, turn off the fire. Then pour it on the noodles and serve immediately.
