Ginger Butter Cookies (Recipe from Chef Dato’ Fazley Yaakob)

Ingredients:
130g butter
150g powdered sugar
70g flour
80g VHalia
¼ of a spoon of baking powder
Vanilla essence
Cinnamon powder
Crystal ginger candy
How to cook:
- Stir butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add vanilla essence and cinnamon powder inside.
- Add flour gradually, VHalia and baking powder.
- Make it in the size of the ball.
- Put some crystal ginger candy on the top and press a little(or mix crystal ginger candy in the dough).
- Bake it at 170 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes and cool it before serving.
