Ingredients:
- 150g GoodMorning VPlus
- 1/2 piece soft tofu
- 75g glutinous rice flour
- 60g brown sugar
- 1 bar chocolate
Method:
- Mix GoodMorning VPlus with water according to instructions.
- Pour the GoodMorning VPlus drink into ice cube trays, and place it in the freezer.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the soft tofu, glutinous rice flour, GoodMorning VPlus, and some water until it forms a dough.
- Split the dough into pieces, and using the smaller doughs, flatten the dough and place the GoodMorning VPlus ice cube and a portion of chocolate (of your liking) on the dough and use the dough to wrap it up to form a ball.
- Cover the VPlus mochi with GoodMorning VPlus powder.
- Place the VPlus mochi in a steamer, and steam for 8 minutes.
- Take out the VPlus mochi from the steamer and sprinkle more GoodMorning VPlus powder.
- You now have VPlus mochi! Serve with fruits of your liking.
