Ingredients:
220g butter
100g sugar
120g flour
40g VGrains
25g cocoa powder
35g Cornflakes
40g VQuinoa (mashed)
Methods:
1. Mix the butter and sugar until the color has lightened to a yellowish-white color.
2. Add flour, VGrains and cocoa powder with butter mix thoroughly.
3. Add Cornflakes and mashed VQuinoa into the mixture. Roll and shape the cookies dough accordingly. bake it at 170c for 10 to 12 minutes.
