Ingredients:
190g flour
70g VHalia
2 eggs
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
60g caster sugar
60g brown sugar
200ml coconut milk
100ml vegetable oil
1 tsp pandan extract
Sliced Almond
Methods:
1. Preheat the oven at 180C.
2. Add all the dry ingredients in the bowl. Mix well.
3. Add all wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix well.
4. Mix both dry and wet ingredients into one bowl. Mix them well.
5. Pour the mixture into muffin moulds, sprinkle the sliced almond. Bake at 180c for 15 minutes or until cooked
