Fried Chicken with VHalia

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ a chicken, cut into cubes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 6 red onions
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 scoops of GoodMorning VHalia
  • 2-3 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of light soya sauce
  • 2 red chilli cut into half
  • A bit of water
  • 2-3 chilli padi
  • A dash of pepper
  • A sprinkle of salt & sugar

 

Method:

  1. Cook the chicken until it is half cooked
  2. In a wok, heat up some oil
  3. In a mortar and pestle, pound onion, garlic, red onion, and VHalia until there is a strong aroma
  4. In the wok, add the half-cooked chicken, soya sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and water
  5. Close the lid of the wok
  6. Open the lid occasionally to flip the chicken to ensure it is well cooked
  7. Add in the rest of the ingredients that were pounded with the mortar and pestle
  8. Mix and let it simmer before serving.
