Mee Goreng VHalia
Ingredient list A:
- 500g of noodles
- 1 small red capsicum, cut into slices
- 2 tomato, cut into cubes
- 1 bunch of leek, cut into slices
- 2 cups of water
- 2 tablespoon of oil
- Add salt to your liking
Ingredient list B:
- 200g of meat (any choice of meat), cut into thin slices
- 3 tablespoon of GoodMorning VHalia
- 3 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon of pepper
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in ingredient list B, and let it rest for 30 minutes
- In a wok, heat up the oil. Once the oil is heated up, add the noodle and fry
- Once the noodles are cooked, let the noodles cool on a plate
- Reheat the oil in a wok, and put in ingredient list B
- Mix and cook until the meat is all cooked
- Add a little bit of water and cook the meat until it is soft, and the sauce is thick
- Add capsicum and tomato & mix thoroughly
- Turn off the heat, and try it
- Add and mix in the noodles
- Your Mee Goreng VHalia is ready to be served.
