I first learned about Pea Protein when I saw coach Amie Borhan introducing the product on her social media.
I started consuming the product in July 2020 because I wanted to join the GoodMorning Pea Protein (GMPP) Body Fit Challenge. I take this as my meal replacement in the morning so I could avoid high calorie food during breakfast.
Although I do not consume this regularly, I still can feel improvements such as less feeling headache and easier to manage my body weight. Normally I will mix 4 scoops of Pea Protein with warm water, and serve it as my breakfast.
