Founded in 2008 as a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME), the Group has grown into Malaysia’s No. 1 Multi-Grains Beverage Brand, driven by a clear vision and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
From our early success in Original Brand Manufacturing (OBM), we have strategically expanded our capabilities to include Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM), Original Design Manufacturing (ODM), and Contract Manufacturing (CM). This evolution has enabled us to build long-term partnerships and deliver high-quality, market-ready solutions across multiple industries.

In 2023, GoodMorning Group entered a new phase of growth with our strategic expansion into the biotechnology sector. By 2024, we further extended our footprint into upstream and midstream markets, strengthening our ability to develop advanced, science-driven solutions that support sustainable development.
Our biotechnology focus spans key sectors including healthcare, wellness, and plant-based food and beverage products, reinforcing our mission to enhance global health and well-being. Through advanced product formulation, bioprocessing, and commercialization, we deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving consumer and industry needs.
Our flagship GoodMorning brand, alongside selected third-party brands, reflects our expertise in functional, bioprocessed active ingredients and biotechnology solutions designed for health, wellness, and food applications.
Our Group Structure
GoodMorning Global Sdn Bhd (GM Global)
Leads the Group’s flagship brand and oversees sales and marketing, as well as upstream and midstream ODM, OEM, and CM operations.
GoodMorning Bio Industries Sdn Bhd (GM Bio)
Serves as the Group’s core operations and production arm. GM Bio was granted BioNexus status by MIDA on 27 November 2024, underscoring our commitment to biotechnology excellence and innovation.
